A table problem?

Include the table code, approximate time, device, and what happened. Your chip history contains entry and payout receipts. Never send a password, sign-in code, or payment information. If a connection drops, reopen the game and check its pending action before playing again.

Report or block a player

Open Player controls at the live table, select the player, then choose Report or Block. Reports enter the studio’s moderation queue. A block hides their name and table talk for you; signed-in blocked accounts are avoided at new tables. Email support for an appeal or a concern that needs more detail.

Your data

Use Delete account for self-service removal or email us if you cannot access the club profile. See the Privacy Policy for the game’s data practices.

Downloads

Use the official download page. Replacement native downloads are held for local verification. The Windows launcher opens Edge or Chrome; Android uses a compatible browser’s Trusted Web Activity support. The first online load prepares offline CPU play; multiplayer and chips stay online.
